You have three options for making reservations and choosing billing methods:

1. Families’ autonomy in choosing a program and enrolling

Share the exclusive offer available to you within your company, along with the corresponding Advantage Code, and let your eligible employees handle the registration and payment for their stay directly with LEC.

If you are subsidizing part of the stay, you may pay the Works Council’s contribution directly to LEC, provided that you provide us with the details of the employees eligible for this benefit. The family is responsible for paying the balance of the stay.

2. Centralization of your registrations

You would like to:

Continue to manage and track registrations.
Centralize billing within your organization.
Re-bill each beneficiary for their respective share

Please share the offer available exclusively to you within your company, along with the corresponding Advantage Code.

We provide families with internet access so they can book a stay; all the details (dates, type of stay, rate, etc.) will be automatically emailed to you for approval.

The reservation will become final as soon as we receive your confirmation by clicking on the confirmation link in the email.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the family, and you will receive the invoice directly.

For you, it’s simple, fast, and it frees you from tedious administrative tasks.

You can access a list of your confirmed registrants at any time.

3. Allotments

You want to ensure that your beneficiaries have access to the trips you have selected.

You reserve a block of tickets, and we agree on a date by which you will return any unused tickets.
