Tennis is offered as part of our Middle SchoolPrograms and Courses & Activities in England, as well as ourHomestay Programs in Ireland.
The Tennis Option or Theme in Detail*
In addition to language classes:
- Three tennis sessions per week, in the afternoon , as part of the "Courses and Activities" and "Middle School" programs.
- A program suitable for both beginners and experienced players
- Tennis lessons taught in Englishby experienced instructors,
- Personalized support
- Refining basic strokes: forehand, backhand, serve, etc., and an introduction to more advanced techniques: smash, volley, lob, etc.
- Teaching a tactical approach to tennis to help players build their game strategically
- Learning different playing styles: coming to the net, baseline play, etc.
- Games and tournaments

In addition to tennis lessons

Formiddle schooltrips:
- 2 to 3 afternoons of leisure time, led in English, during which students can choose what they’d like to do from a wide range of activities such as:
– Sports and artistic activities, such as: swimming, soccer, dance, escape rooms, drawing, volleyball, basketball, sports day, scrapbooking, golf, cricket, arts and crafts, badminton, bowling, etc.
– Cultural tours, such as (depending on the location): Oxford or Cambridge University, the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, etc.
- One day trip per week, such as to Cambridge, London, Bath, Oxford, or Bristol, etc.
- Every evening, supervised activities such as: LEC Party, karaoke, trivia night, talent show, casino night, giant "Draw and Win," BBQ party, fashion show, social games, and more.
- Supervision ratio of 1 adult to 12 children

- 2 to 3 afternoons of recreational activities, led in English, such as:
– Sports, such as: swimming, bowling, table tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-golf, cricket, badminton, etc.
– Cultural tours, such as (depending on the location): the University of Cambridge, the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, Peterborough Cathedral, etc.
- Day trips, such as to London, Bath, Oxford, or Brighton, etc.
- 1 to 2 supervised evening activities , such as (in certain host cities): LEC party, BBQ party, karaoke, etc.
- Supervision ratio of 1 adult to 12 children
