The "Dance" theme is offered as a camp Middle School in England and as a middle school and 10th-grade summer camp in France and for 3rd through 5th grade summer camps in France.

The "Dance" Theme in Detail

In addition to English classes:

  1. 3 classes of 3 hours each per week, in the afternoon
  2. A program suitable for bothbeginners and experienced dancers
  3. Dynamic dance classes led by experienced dance instructors
  4. Introduction to or advanced training in a wide variety of dance styles, such as: modern jazz, street dance, hip-hop, K-pop, modern dance, belly dance, classical dance, and African dance 
  5. Work on mastering steps, postures, choreography, etc.
  6. Production of a performance at the end of the stay (depending on the location)

  1. 2 to 3 afternoons of leisure time, led in English, during which students can choose from a wide range of activities (depending on the location) such as:

Sports and artistic activities, such as: tennis, swimming, soccer, drawing, volleyball, basketball, Olympic-style games, golf, escape rooms, cricket, arts and crafts, scrapbooking, badminton, bowling, etc.
Cultural tours, such as (depending on the location): Oxford or Cambridge University, the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, etc.

  1. One day trip per week, such as to Cambridge, London, Bath, Oxford, or Bristol, etc.
  2. Every evening, there are supervised activities such as: LEC parties, karaoke, trivia nights, talent shows, casino parties, giant "Draw and Win" games, BBQ parties, fashion shows, social games, and more.
  3. Supervision ratio of one adult per 12 children

For English summer camps in France for middle school students and 10th graders, and English summer camps in France for 3rd through 5th graders:

  1. On other afternoons, students choose what they’d like to do from a range of activities such as:
    – Sports activities and introductions to sports from the English-speaking world, such as: baseball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, tennis, cricket, badminton, beach volleyball, table tennis, supervised swimming in the pool, yoga, Double Dutch, orienteering in the forest, etc.
    Artistic and cultural activities, such as: theater, chess tournaments, drawing, escape games, origami, immersion in Anglo-Saxon worlds (DC Comics, Marvel, Sherlock Holmes, etc.), tasting British or American pastries (pancakes, scones), etc.
  2. Every evening, the students enjoy supervised English-language activities, such as: Talent Contest, BBQ Party, Mystery Night, Movie Night, Prom Night, LEC Party, etc.
  3. Supervision ratio of one adult per 12 children
