ENGLAND - JUNE - FOR 11TH GRADE STUDENTS ONLY

Offered as part of the "Courses and Activities " and "Intensive Courses and Activities" programs, this course is exclusively for 10th-grade students who, having finished their school year in mid-June, wish to benefit from intensive preparation for their transition to 11th grade while exploring London’s iconic landmarks.

Details of the Special 10th Grade Internship

  1. Exclusively forstudents completing their sophomore year
  2. 4hours of classes per day, in the morning (3 hours for the "Classes and Activities" program)
  3. Classes of 8 to 10 students, formed based on aplacement test (12 to 15 students in the "Courses and Activities" program)
  4. A tailored educational program designed forintensive preparation for entry into11th grade
  5. Reinforcing foundational knowledge and acquiring new concepts, catching up on any gaps in preparation for ongoing assessments
  6. Intensive, tailored instruction basedon the students' needs
  7. Interactive courses for significant improvement in both writing and speaking
  8. Practicing speaking skills to build self-confidence
  9. Grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and listening comprehension
  10. Practical exercises, press reviews, discussions, role-playing, etc.
  11. Submitting atrip report

"Discover London" Option: In addition to language courses designed to prepare students for their first year of high school

  1. 3 to 4 guided tours per week in London, conducted in English, designed to help you explore the city:
    – Visits to sites such asBuckingham Palace, the Tower of London, Piccadilly Circus,Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden,Madame Tussauds, the British Museum, etc.
    A cruise on the Thames,the London Eye, shopping on Oxford Street or in Knightsbridge, etc.
  2. 2 to 3 afternoons of recreational activities per week, conducted in English, suchas tennis, swimming, soccer, mini-golf, bowling, etc.
