Details of our all-inclusive rates

In Europe:

The cost of the stay includes:

– housing in a middle school, on campus, in a dormitory, or with a host family, including laundry service,

– full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with lunch on the day of departure (lunches are generally provided as packed lunches),

– care, support, and supervision starting from the meeting point in Paris (except for “one-on-one” programs or “English in France” programs involving individual travel),

– educational materials (except for “Family Immersion” programs),

The accommodation fees also include:

Stays in middle school/on campus/in dormitories:

– 3 hours of class per day in groups of 12 to 15 students. Classes are held Monday through Friday (except on field trip days),

– if applicable, the chosen topic and/or option,

– sports and cultural activities, as well as evening events scheduled by the middle school/campus/residence,

– 1 excursion per week*.

* Except for English language programs in France

Stays, Classes, and Activities:

– 3 hours of class per day in groups of 12 to 15 students. Classes are held Monday through Friday (except on field trip days),

– the tours and sports and cultural activities included in the itinerary for the destination city,

– if applicable, the option selected.

Intensive Courses and Activities:

– 4 hours of class per day in groups of 8 to 10 students. Classes are held Monday through Friday (except on days when there are field trips),

– the tours and sports and cultural activities included in the itinerary for the destination city,

– if applicable, the option selected.

Pre-College Prep and Activities Programs:

– 4 hours of class per day in groups of 8 to 10 students. Classes are held Monday through Friday (except on days when there are field trips),

– the tours and sports and cultural activities included in the itinerary for the destination city.

Prep Courses for Elite Universities:

– 6 hours of classes per day in groups of 6 students. Classes are held Monday through Friday (except on days when there are field trips),

– the excursion included in the itinerary for the destination city,

– if applicable, the option selected.

Club 4 and Activities Packages:

– 3 hours of lessons per day in small groups of 4 students at the teacher’s home. Lessons are held Monday through Friday,

– the tours and sports and cultural activities included in the itinerary for the destination city.

Family Immersion Stays & Excursions:

– one full-day excursion + two half-day excursions per week, with the host family.

Family Immersion & Sports Camp Programs:

– sports activities depending on the option chosen

Stays with a 1:1 teacher-student ratio:

– per week: 10, 15, 20, or 25 hours of private lessons, with 1 or 2 French students per teacher,

– if applicable, the selected option or the required option.

Travel expenses include:

– travel by the specified mode of transportation,

– for air travel (20 kg of checked baggage allowed), airport and security fees,

– LEC’s professional liability insurance as a travel agent.

Our rates do not include:

– Application fee: €100 (valid for the year 2026)

– local transportation costs,

– pocket money.

In the U.S., Canada, and Australia:

– Homestay or on-campus housing, including laundry service,

– Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) starting with dinner on the day of arrival through breakfast on the day of departure

– supervision, support, and guidance upon departure from Paris (except for “one-on-one” programs involving individual travel).
