Accommodation
- At one of our beautiful campuses where everything is conducted in English: the Marmoutier Institution on the banks of the Loire, or the Domaine de Valrance in Aveyron. Find out how the campuses are selected.
- Comfortable rooms with 1 to 4 beds (and sometimes 4 to 6 beds for younger children)
- You can stay with one or more friends
- High-quality facilities and a wide range of amenities (depending on the campus): gym, green spaces, sports fields, auditorium, etc.
- Modern and comfortable classrooms
- Full board with hot meals prepared on-site, mainly using local ingredients
All of our campuses are Youth and Sports-approved lodging and vacation centers
English classes
- Three hours of English classes per day, in the morning, taught by a team of qualified bilingual teachers
- Classes of 12 to 15 students organized by skill level and age
- An interactive and tailored teaching approach: Focus on vocabulary, listening comprehension, and grammar through hands-on activities, news reviews, role-playing, projects, and more.
- Many classes are organized around a specific theme (Harry Potter, ecology, travel, American movies and TV shows, English-speaking celebrities, etc.). This is designed to spark discussion and encourage students to participate as much as possible in English

Bilingual instruction
- English-speaking teachers and activity leaders available 24 hours a day
- 1 adult for every 12 children
- 1 French director on site, available to parents

Activities and Recreation
The LEC English Summer Camp experience in France also gives young people the chance to enjoy the beautiful green spaces on our campuses, try out new activities, and have fun—all in English and in a safe environment.
- Every afternoon, the student chooses what they’d like to do from a selection of activities such as (depending on the campus) :
- Sports activities and an introduction to sports from the English-speaking world : baseball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, tennis, cricket, dance, badminton, beach volleyball, table tennis, supervised swimming in a pool or lake, yoga, Double Dutch, orienteering in the forest, etc.
- Artistic and cultural activities: theater, drawing, escape games, origami, immersion in Anglo-Saxon worlds (DC Comics, Marvel, Sherlock Holmes, etc.), tasting British or American pastries (pancakes, scones), etc.
- Sports activities and an introduction to sports from the English-speaking world : baseball, basketball, cheerleading, soccer, tennis, cricket, dance, badminton, beach volleyball, table tennis, supervised swimming in a pool or lake, yoga, Double Dutch, orienteering in the forest, etc.
- Every evening, the students enjoy supervised English-language events, such as: Talent Contest, BBQ Party, Mystery Night, Movie Night, Prom Night, LEC Party, Hawaiian Party, etc.

For all stays, you may choose to drop off your child directly at the residence campus on the first day of the stay and pick them up there on the last day of the stay during the time slots that will be provided to you after registration.
