The "Discover Dublin on an International Campus" program is designed for anyone who wants to study on a beautiful Irish campus and explore the magnificent city of Dublin while interacting with participants from around the world. Classes, activities, and evening events are shared with young people of many different nationalities.

Accommodation

  1. On the beautiful campus ofUniversity College Dublin (UCD)
  2. Comfortable rooms with 1 to 4 beds
  3. The presence of students from many different countries on campus
  4. You can stay with one or more friends
  5. Green spaces, a gym, sports fields and playgrounds, a swimming pool, a theater, etc.
  6. Modern and comfortable classrooms
  7. Full board with hot meals for lunch and dinner ( on excursion days, packed lunches are provided)

Class

  1. 15 hours of class per week
  2. Classes of 15 students of different nationalities, formed based on a placement test
  3. Interactive courses for significant improvement in both writing and speaking
  4. Practicing speaking skills to build self-confidence
  5. Grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and listening comprehension
  6. Practical exercises, press reviews, discussions, role-playing, etc.
  7. Courses taught by a team of qualified Irish teachers

Lesson 25

Supervision

  1. Irish and French teachers and activity leaders available 24 hours a day
  2. 1 adult for every 15 young people
  3. 1 French supervisor on site, available to parents
  4. Priorities: progress in English, youth safety and well-being

Activities and Recreation

  1. Every week, a variety of field trips and recreational activities led in English:
    – In Dublin and the surrounding area, explore places such as: Trinity College, Grattan Bridge, Oscar Wilde House, the National Gallery, Phoenix Park, the Museum of Modern Art, shopping on Grafton Street, Dublin Castle, etc.
    – Sports, arts, and recreational activities, such as: tennis, soccer, dance, drawing, volleyball, basketball, Olympic-style games, escape games, scrapbooking, ping-pong, cricket, arts and crafts, badminton, bowling, etc.
  1. LEC Exclusive Plus, 4 days of excursions included, such as: Howth, Glendalough, the Powerscourt Estate gardens, Birr, Kilkenny, or Galway, etc.
  2. Every evening, supervised activities: International party, karaoke, trivia night, talent show, casino night, giant "Draw and Win," BBQ party, fashion show, social games, and more.
