Experience a homestay with an Irish family and enjoy outdoor adventure sports Ages 13–16 – 7th through 10th grade

The Family Immersion & Adventure Camp is a program designed for young people who want to experience life within an Irish family. These programs, which do not include English classes, offer the chance to discover a new way of life from the inside, while practicing English in everyday situations. It’s the perfect way to improve your skills and feel more comfortable speaking English, all while deepening your understanding of Irish culture through adventure activities shared with Irish teens!

Accommodation

  1. With afamily selected and visited by our local organizers
  2. Choose between: 1 or 2 French students per family (option to stay with a friend)

  3. International adventure activity sessions with young people from Ireland and around the world
  4. Outdoor adventure sports led in English, such as:
    – Safe participation in activities such as:tree-top adventure courses, canoeing, paddleboarding, mountain biking, archery, rock climbing, treasure hunts, etc., led byprofessional Irish instructors
    Participation in real team challenges, such as building a raft or a bridge, which require thought, precision, and teamwork
    Experience unforgettable momentsin a stunning natural setting

Places to stay

  1. The students will mainly stay in small or medium-sized towns, generally located away from large cities and major urban centers. In fact, families in these towns are more available and offer our students a warm and welcoming reception.
