I haven't received my plane/train/boat ticket after signing up for a language study program: is this normal?
Don’t worry, this is completely normal. LEC does not send tickets individually to each participant in a language study program. On the day of departure, you will meet an LEC representative at the designated meeting place and time; this representative will have the tickets for all participants, regardless of the mode of transportation.

You will receive details regarding the time and location for your child’s departure and return via email about ten days before departure, and this information will also be available in your secure Personal Account.
